I live in Milan with my lovely family, my wife and my two children. I printed my first pictures in the darkroom at school when I was 12, and since then I have always considered photography to be my personal magic. After passionate studies and a University degree in theoretical physics I turned photography into my job and now run a wedding and fashion photography studio in Milan, Italy. I believe that the deep study of arts history has lead me to defining my individual style and my idea of a picture's composition. On a parallel track, after my photography education at the Istituto Italiano di Fotografia in Milan I worked for two years in the studio of a renowned architecture and still life photographer in Milan, in order to learn this job and perfect my technical skills.
Photography is a means for communicating my emotions and feelings. Just as a dancer, a musician or a writer create culture through their works, to me photography is a means through which I can artistically express my sensitivity.
When shooting weddings, I like to become invisible among the guests of a ceremony in order be able to capture the most sincere moments. To be able to do that, you must be discreet, kind and very technically skilled. A single picture can tell more things than a film or a book. Whenever this is accomplished, I am proud to be a photographer.
As a wedding photographer, I approximately shoot thirty weddings a year and during my career I have shot two hundred and I regularly participate in photography exhibitions in Italy.
